Anybody have a recipe for Varget using 180's in the 7.5x55..?
All my manuals are empty...For a K-31
I'm testing a bunch of powders and would really like to try some Varget loads.

Watch the seating depth on K31 loads. My rifle has a very short throat and needs .100" shorter COAL with the 168 Hornady than the Hornady manual published. A buddies K31 is similar.

Mines the same way re the need to seat deep. FWIW I got a box of factory hornady 165's and they clocked 2550. I lost some of reloading records in a computer crash but I remember alot of recipes seemed to hit pretty high at 100 yds. The load my gun really really liked and it printed nicely with the sights is 56 grains re19 under a 150 sierra game king. It clocks at 2620. In relation to those factory 165 loads I should be in the ball park. This load groups really really good.
