If that tent has an integrated floor, I would stay completely away. A buddy had one of a similar design that he won, and it was a damp muddy mess inside on a very wet spring bear hunt. With an integrated floor it's like being at home. One has to get out of his wet muddy boots for each entry/exit, and have coasters beneath any legged item standing on the floor. Even with a small wood stove inside, the condensation from his propane cooking stove, breathing, damp clothing, and perspiration kept it essentially wet on all of the inside surfaces. I'd stick with a canavas wall tent with at least 5 foot side walls, and use a plastic tarp on top to slip snow. Especially here in the NW.
