We are in big trouble and 2012 can't come soon enough.
This stuff is crazy. What could possibly make you believe that the 2012 election is going to change a [bleep] thing? for one thing your sweetie pie Obama will be just another unemployed community organizer, for another the Senate and House will have decent sized GOP majorities. does that clarify it for you?

Eff that, junior. Bush was at least as bad, but probably worse. Did you happen to catch that State of the Union Address where he basically ceded the US to them? Reagan sucked on this issue too. I can youtube his famous amnesty quote from one of his SOTU addresses if'n you like. This moronic gaffe by Biden pales in comparison.

this will no doubt come as a shock, but Reagan is dead and Bush isn't running in 2012 so WTF does any of that have to do with your statement?

When I look at a map of the Aztec lands I see that they didn't come north of current Mexico City by much. [img:center] http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/b1/Aztec_Empire_1519_map-fr.svg[/img] In the precolumbian period the south west desert was a true barrier. Due to the ability to travel it was nearly uncrossable. While there was some small amount of trade, the culture never went across it. The Aztecs lacked the ability to cross it as they had no large beasts of burden that could make the trip. With lush jungle to the south they had no real need to cross the desert. The area had just a few nomadic bands of people, any set tribe having died off before Columbus. Lets face it, the Aztec culture is virtually dead. The culture and traditions in Mexico are of Spanish origin. Mexicans in north America were of Spanish decent. Aztec DNA has mixed with Spanish DNA to a point of no longer existing as a race or people. There are simply zero pure Aztecs left.
The older I become the more I am convinced that the voice of honor in a man's heart is the voice of GOD.

if you can't figure out the difference between the GOP on this issue today and thirty years ago, you need to get out more.

The Spaniards would find new (to them) lands, plant a flag and say we claim all this territory for Spain. And then go away. That is why the moon belongs to the U.S.A. only.:]

So, I guess it's possible that your're that dense, but "W" wasn't POTUS 30 years ago, just a mere 3 years ago. Gonna defend him ad nauseum like a good sheep? I assume you'll insist on defending the GOP's track record on this issue. How blatantly typical of the neocon ilk. Kudos.

Biden is probably older than 85% of the US population with Hispanic ancestors.
He intended to say "Your ancestors have been on the North American continent for more generations than my ancestors." This is particularly true since most people who claim Hispanic ancestors have a generous dollop of Native AmerIndian in them.
But since those ancestors with the greatest seniority are most likely dead (how long ago did they AmerIndian's cross the land bridge---+10K years ago?) it is a moot issue. Looking at Biden and his audience, Biden has the longest whiskers.
One anthropologist with a mathematical bent and a great sense of humor calculated that the $24 paid for Manhattan Island, invested at 3% greater than inflation, would be worth...the current present value of Manhattan Island. Don't blame me if your ancestors were lousy investors. It is not like my ancestors were all that gifted either. I am responsible for me and mine. They are responsible for themselves and their's.
I am a conservative with a lowercase "c".

Actually, I'm warming up to the reconquista...
My wife is half Mexican heritage from her grandparents on her mother's side. They owned property and farmed both in Caborca, Mx and Yuma, Az... so she has a strong case for annexation in this region.
My Son in law is from Puerto Rican ancestry therefore hispanic, my daughter 1/4th hispanic... I'm in like flint...
All you gringos get out...
Wonder if we will be like the reservations... I could open a combination Casino/carnita stand...
Also I have plans to be the 'Don' of the Chicklett cartel in New Aztan...
Kent Too bad my wife isn't Hispanic . . . she's only 100% Spaniard . . . just another white Tea Party racist/homophobe.

Dont let me muddy the water but. What does Latino heritage have to do with illegal immigration. We have Latino Texans.Born and raised here ect. This is not a race issue its an immigration issue.Although the Dems. want to make it a race issue.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking.
Having oh, actually LIVED in an area where what y'all would call Hispanics were a clear majority... and who's families, generally speaking, measured their time in the area in centuries... which categorically ain't true for the vast majority of us gringos... Well, I guess the semantics of what's technically a Hispanic might be debatable, but the reality on the ground sure ain't. At least where I grew up.
