Your information was very informative and I thank you for it. It is sad to see the restrictive gun laws that are now in England. Your country was once made up of the very best hunters and gentleman for that matter that the world had to offer. Further, England was considered a country with free subjects. This generation in England now seems to be doing everything it can to kill off the old ethics, morals and practices that yesturday's English gentleman were famous for.
I also read an article about a murder case in England, where a husband killed a burglar with a golf club, who he caught raping his wife in his home. The article said that the husband was ruled not having the right to strike the burglar with the golf club as rape wasn't considered a life threatening crime, where deadly force could be used to defend it.
Do you know anything about that case Dave? If so, I'd like to hear more about it.
