Hello, I have a RWS Diana model 45 .177 "Made in WEST Germany" pellet rifle for sale. These are kind of collectible besides the fact that they are great shooters due to the west German pedigree. The manufacture date appears to be 04/89, and since West Germany ceased to exist in late '89/early '90 this would seem to be correct(those numbers are very tiny and indistinct). I am looking to get $195 shipped for the rws 45. Listed on other site(s)

i got this as a partial trade last year as i had always wanted one. I really only put about 5-10 rounds through it to see that it shot and it has been a safe queen since, never even mounted my scope. I do not have a chrony, but it did shot fast enough that it kind of diesels the first shot or two which the guy i bought it from said that means the seal is lubed properly and not dried out. Know anything else to check without a chrony?

Do you know if this has the leather piston seal? If I remember correctly, most did. I just cannot remember if all of them did.

I was looking to restore this exact rifle which belonged to my Dad. I'd be interested in purchasing this from you instead of paying an insane amount to restore what I have. what kind of payment arrangements do you prefer? which shipping type?
