FS Remington Classic 257 Roberts professionally punched to 257 AI. Rifle was also pillar bedded at that time, tuned factory trigger set at 2.5 lbs. Rifle has been hunted with, has some slight handling marks here and there but is a honest great shape rifle. Included is a set of RCBS AI dies, 23 pieces of fireformed brass, 15 pieces of once fired Rem brass, and all load data. Shoots several loads with Sierra 100gr Spitzers right at an inch and under. Nosler 100 Ballistic Tips over 4350 shoot in the .6's-.7's. Pics up in a couple hours. $775 shipped for the package. Not interested in trades or breaking it up. Scope and rings not part of sale.

Don Wise in San Antonio, Tx did the rechambering on this rifle. Per the original owner, it was setback properly as he did all his AI conversions. My uncle has had Wise build several of his rifles and has always been pleased with the work and results. Have had no feeding, headspace, or any other issues with the rifle.

How is the accuracy when shooting factory 257 ammo?

Couldnt honeslty tell you, have never fired any factory ammo through it.

Up....had this question the other day. The barrel is finished at 23.5in with the factory Rem crown. The factory lettering is set up right where it should be along the topline of the stock. Still interested in trades.
