Anyone ever try one of the Bushnell Elites 10X with mil dots and turrets? I thought it might be neat on a .22.
Yes, and unfortunately the problem I had is I could not get the scope to focus at 25-50yds. It was fine at 100yds, but at closer range either the image or the reticle were blurry. So while it seems like it would be the perfect scope for the application and reasonbly priced, I'd advise against it. I've used a leupold vx-III 3.5-10 with turrets on the 10/22 and it was a superb scope, no issues with image clarity. Just had to sell it a couple years back to pay the IRS
