Consider, the more firearms that make into the African American communities the fewer African Americans there will be.
I'm unsure of the exact percentages, I'd guess that for every white killing an African American there's 20 or 25 African Americans killing African Americans.
If Margret Sanger had known this, Planned Parenthood would be handing out firearms rather then birth control pills and abortions.

Sanford has a black population 3X higher than the national average and unemployment rate of 9.5%

I'd venture 9.5% would be those actively looking for work. True unemployment is probably more like 25%-40%.
