Looks like you might have an opinion of that subject Ken. About cutesy-dainty ladylike euphemisms, I do indeed! Calling sht "sugar" doesn't make it sweet or nourishing.

I'll come dragging in late on the 13th as I'm coming from Austin. The 24-7-365 card is still in force. Come right on in. Bed's still where it was last time. (And no one else is in it yet!)

"Yet" being the operative word! Keith, yeah, "only" a short 13+ hour drive that day. Luckily, I-10 is 80mph for a good part of that. Ed

Just throwing this out there, and to also give a bump to the thread. I am planning on bringing my 10" gong, and a rebar stand to hang it from. My is wide enough we can probably hang another on it too.

I LUV blowing gongs to smithereens with my 416 Rigby! just kiddin, if anyone wants to shoot that rifle we will leave the Gong alone until you are sure you are OK with holes in it, if that would ever be the case. Might be a no elephant rifles allowed on the gong station deal <G>

I think we will have a good time with that gong out at 300 yards - well, maybe 200 or 400, who knows? - and maybe we could think of another interesting item to also put on your stand - like maybe a photo? This shooting time is going to be such enjoyment.

I'm thinking I might also bring a long banquet type table as well. I usually take one out when I shoot at my spot in the desert. It makes for great bench to shoot from and its wide enough to fit two shooters side by side. We could always use a table around camp too.
I will probably bring mine unless someone else has one they can bring.

Tom, bring it if you can. I will bring a 6 or 8 footer, too. These come in handy at a campfire gather anyway - lots of uses.

Just keep Ken from doing table dances on it and we'll be OK. Ed
