well i finally found and purchased myself a left hand model 70 stainless. found it on gunbroker this morning. it was in pennsylvania. in 30-06. didn't want to mess around with the auction so i called the guy and bought it outright. it's not a nib or perfect gun, but i finally got one!! gave 899.00 for it. just wanted to share my excitement.
