I've ate a few,back in the old days when I didn't know any better. I cleaned them,skinned them and then parboiled them and then grilled them on a BBQ grill and basted them with sauce. They tasted like a menstruating pole cat that had been grilled and basted.

<br>I later learned they have a scent gland in the arm pit area of each leg and I believe,one above the tail,on the back.
