No, but that's how I'd have to do it to be cool with your gang, most people that have all that schit and the time to use it are either older than me, so their kids are grown up, single, not up to their eyeballs in debt because they bought their house years ago, have more of a disposeable income because they have most of their financial schit squared away because they've been paying on it for years, topped out at the pay scale at their jobs because they've been there forever, grew up and worked in the 80's and 90's when a guy could make a buck and squirrel some away. I'm not saying that they didn't earn it or pay they're dues by any means, what I'm saying is I'm in the beginning of that cycle right now, and it's gonna be a while for me, because I don't buy anything that I can't pay for in cash at the time, and I'm not gonna charge a bunch of schit on credit just to keep up with the Jones's. Everything I own, other than my house, is bought and paid for.

SAUM, relax already, bro'! Nobody has everything, or can do everything, or has unliimited time or resources. You put your family and obligations first and play when and if you can. And staying out of debt as much as possible is always smart. But you gotta be philosophical about things, too, and not go crazy worrying about things or lamenting what you don't have or can't do.

When my father got back from serving in the Phillipines during WW2 he had decided that after sleeping in water-filled foxholes and eating C-rats and getting shot at and mortared and having wet feet and wet fatigues that as long as a man had a warm dry place to sleep, hot food to eat, dry clothes to wear, and wasn't getting shot at, everything else in life was gravy. I would add that as long as you're healthy, have at least one gun (if only a .22), a good knife, and a fishing pole, a man can enjoy life. There's something to be said for simple pleasures and being content with what you have.
