OP Krusty Campfire Greenhorn K Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 47 land midnight sun	Looking for some of these rods my grandpa used to fish with and tought myself also.They have a coiled spring like down by there base and it curves up to the tip. I would like to teach my sons also to enjoy fishing with them, looks like in good shape they go fo about 40 to 55 dollers each with reels from around the same time from 1940 to 1950 for nice rods I will pay more. They do make a new style called emmRod but i just ain't the new style type, if you have some you would like to sell shot me some pics. Thanks and my your holes not freeze.
