Perfect day to shoot, which was a bonus.
However I hope it doesn't like to send bullets slow. Not sure how many fps I lose when fire-forming cases.

Not as many as you'll gain when you load 'em next time.

8 twist.
HD because Deer Season is coming on and I like it for low light. Will change it out next year for Groundhogs. Interesting, I had a Tikka M55 with a Fajen stock and a 24" Sprinter 1-14 that I used on 'roos for a couple of years, prior to opening it to AI it shot 55 and 50 Gr projectiles with equal alacrity with a difference in velocity, after reaming it to 223AI it really shot well with 50 gr Nosler BT...bit of a cow really as it shot better the faster I drove it. Smearing primers had it under 1/2" with 50 gr BT.......the thing that annoyed me was that it really did not like 55 gr projectiles after the change. Which was not a problem as I just kept them for the next barrel....but annoying still. I ended up selling that rifle to another 'roo shooter in town, last I saw of it it was laying in pieces in the mud in his back shed...probabley still there, about three feet down by now.
These are my opinions, feel free to disagree.

Ok.
Cept your tentmate hinted at some Boyota fun you should hang pics of.......
Here's a few. Monster dog, courtesy of the 22-250AI. I like how the offside eye is giving a peek. Travis wasn't sure if his boyota could get there, but look at the smile once we're there. I tried to class it up with a High Life.

Shot the new .223AI today with Hornady .223 super performance 75gr BTHP Match to fire-form some cases. To sum it up: Nula rifles are worth every penny Mr. Forbes charges for one. Four to get it close at 50yards, then the first two groups at 100yards. With a Leupold 6x36 with a fat HD reticle. There is a 200yard group, but some luck was definitely involved with the HD and you probably would call me a lier anyway. You broke a few too many rules there Battue... 1) Light guns dont shoot 2) 6X scopes arent enough mag 3) Factory fodder is schit Send that possessed gun to hell where it belongs.
If I were smart enough, which apparently I'm not

I used to shoot a .257 Bob that ran 85 BTs around 3400 fps and averaged around 3/4" @ 100. Got bored with it. Wouldn't shoot longer/heavier bullets fer chitt. Sold it. Want another Bob, but have too much on my plate to spec one out. Anyway, I've a poor man's NULA that does OK. .250 Savage, tweaked 700 SA, Douglas XX barrel, some kind of weird azz 4X scope. Guess the lens cap covers the gold ring on the front end. Bedded....Genuine leather sling is the schizzles...ain't that the blandest piece of walnut you ever saw? Top group is 85 BTs, bottom is 100 NPs. First two groups fired from the gun. Personally I think it's sick it shoots NPs better than BTs. If it wasn't so fuggin' reliable with those loads I'd sell it. Don't hurt it's under 7# either...loaded. Booooooooring......
I am..........disturbed.

Sorry to say I'll be scarce a short while. Big 'puter took a chitt, I-Phones don't get along with me for long winded dissertations.
Dan Prayers sent. Thanks. Did ya miss me? Yep. Thanks for the boobs. It was a nice trade-off.
