Noveske is making the new Nosler AR-15. I've been shooting one since June, off and on, and it averages around .6 at 100 yards with the factory Nosler 55-grain Varmageddon ammo. It will do a little better with some handloads, but not by much.
The Nosler/Noveske has an 18" medium-weight barrel with a 1-8" twist. It's made by Pac-Nor in their "spare" time with Novekse's buttons.
