I have some relatives that have been riding horses into the Frank for almost 30 years. They usually head in toward Pistol Creek. They say it is hard to find elk let alone bulls anymore since the wolves.

I just spent 16 days in the Frank sheep hunting. I never saw an elk or fresh sign.
