'Flave,
Looked for one this summer but nobody had 'em so I bought the midel with the rails and put a holo sight on her with finger groove grips. Also put in a Volquartsen trigger job (must do mod) which did away with the stupid mag safety feature and made the trigger like a wet dream. Mag drops easily now even empty where it wouldn't even come out loaded before. Also put in the speed strip kit. That little thing shoots lights out. Shotgun hulls at 25 yds a cinch and I suck with handguns.
Anyway, was in Sportsmans Warehouse last week and they had one in stock, on sale, for $325, IIRC! Same price I paid for mine. Once modified as above they are awesome.

I love those 'old' Nikons. Going on 6-7 years and provide a pretty decent view IMHO. Sako A7/Edge stock, 300WSM/180 Partitions, FX3 6x42.
