Sweet choo-choo!

I love the turbo choo-choo, it's got all the bullchit removed from the exhaust system and the previous owner also tweaked it up another 80hp. Dad, hound and I took it for a 40 mile spin through the hills today.

Oh yeah, can't complain.

Every Fall we take a day and do 'range monitoring', as in take pics of the same riparion areas year after year to track erosion on the BLM.

Winter might set in tomorrow so we hustled out and did it today.

Back to the rat race again tomorrow.....grin

We saw the one lone whitetail doe and maybe 12 mule deer. The little buck looks bigger in the pic.

It's slim pickens.

Thanks SLM, I wanna take a couple of those old badlands cedar posts and do something with 'em.

I havent even roamed around there since '98 and it was slim pickens then....five years before you'd see about three hundred deer a day...

Looks a bit like Wyoming?

I am..........disturbed.

I first started riding out there around 1988, when I was finally old enough...

It's changed alot. Way too much pressure but that's a whole other story([bleep]' FWP like those NR dollars!).

Geez, I used to save my A tag and a pard and I would roll through Havre, pick up a fistful of doe tags, go to Glasgow and fill the truck.... I honestly dont remember seeing another deer hunter...
