Well in case you have noticed, we're losing the minds of the young, and your suggestion is?

Their minds aren't stuck in a rut, they're deliberately kept there.
They've made a habit, no... a life style, of disregarding facts, logic and truth.

Unlike here where opposing views are listened to and then sensibly argued in hopes they'll see the light -- given up only once they've proven too stupid to follow simple thought patterns to logical conclusions -- anything that doesn't align with their idiocy is immediately banned and stricken from the record.

The smarter among them are in charge of censoring the site insuring the stupid masses and teeny boppers aren't introduced to truths that might expose their lies and idiocy and get them thinking for themselves. They already know and understand the facts and realities of life and will shield against it. You'll be first marginalized, then demonized, and finally excommunicated. Once you're gone they'll drag out all the old lies and double standards and reversal of accusations that are always their standard operating procedure. You'll be the simple minded dumb assed intolerant stuck in the mud hater always opposing the much needed changes that will save America, the world, and the universe from falling to ruin, head first into destruction, and ultimately be the demise of everything good and proper that they've worked so hard to create.

Liberals are the absolutely most intolerant and unflexible people on earth. You'll quickly find them intolerable and insufferable.... and just plain not worth the wasted effort.

It isn't that they're hopeless and unreachable but that they routinely refuse and reject. You may as well work to convert maggots on a carcass into vegans no more success than you'll enjoy.

Winning elections is important � therefore, advocating in favor of Republican nominees or in favor of third-party spoiler candidates that could split the vote and throw an election to our conservative opponents is never permitted on Democratic Underground. But that does not mean that DU members are required to always be completely supportive of Democrats. During the ups-and-downs of politics and policy-making, it is perfectly normal to have mixed feelings about the Democratic officials we worked hard to help elect. When we are not in the heat of election season, members are permitted to post strong criticism or disappointment with our Democratic elected officials, or to express ambivalence about voting for them. In Democratic primaries, members may support whomever they choose. But when general election season begins, DU members must support Democratic nominees (EXCEPT in rare cases where were a non-Democrat is most likely to defeat the conservative alternative, or where there is no possibility of splitting the liberal vote and inadvertently throwing the election to the conservative alternative). For presidential contests, election season begins when both major-party nominees become clear. For non-presidential contests, election season begins on Labor Day. Everyone here on DU needs to work together to elect more Democrats and fewer Republicans to all levels of American government. If you are bashing, trashing, undermining, or depressing turnout for our candidates during election season, we'll assume you are rooting for the other side.
