The NBT did that GOING IN,as can be seen from the top pic it did not exit. That's the closest coyote killed with my .22-6mm,50 yards and further the exit would be like the bottom pic maybe a little smaller on a small coyote.
NH does not allow electronic calling devices for coyotes.....you can call with your yapper or a mechanical non-electric device, but leave your FoxPro3 in da truck! Sonofabitch!
They're illegal in Montana too.... If you get caught.

I had to look that one up Dan...the electronics are illegal here for any game animal, including Mountain lions or Wolves, but are legal for any predator species...i.e.coyote, fox...and i presume raccoon as they are not declared game...

BD...why is it that more than a couple hog outfits strongly advise a .30 caliber and up for piggy hunting? Are they skeered? Or more nervous that the average Klondike that hunts with them has no clue how to get it done with a 224 caliber projectile?
Man up and you can jump a ride with Jim (EvilTwin) and I down to Tenn. to shoot some mobile ballistic gel.
Not sure how a smoke-eater would do in the truck for 18 hours with Jim......

Geo....EvilTwin from our neck? I think the ride would be ok?!?!?
Four hours door-to-door from my house to his place in NY. The added time would be almost nonexistent for me to go via the Manchvegas area rather than across 9 to get to VT.
Think on it....
Out of every one hundred men, ten shouldn't even be there, eighty are just targets, nine are the real fighters, and we are lucky to have them, for they make the battle. Ah, but the one, one is a warrior, and he will bring the others back.
Thinking on it! I have a date with some ass-kickers in Montoony in April for a Stag, Wedding and varmint eradication in April....what is the date of the TN piggy-fest?
I believe the weekend around St. Paddy's. Specifics TBD.

FJ,I use mouth calls because electronic calls have NOT worked for me. Tried electronic calls and decoys, just had better luck with the mouth calls.
FJ if you go calling at all the best call to use is this "HERE DOGGIE DOGGIE HERE DOGGIE DOGGIE" works 9 times out of 10.

Elmer, don't fret about not being able to justify a FoxPro. You got a different world to hunt than the Montucky lads. Find a travel corridor in the woods, perhaps near a farm field or something of that sort. Pick up a squeaker call, is all you need in the timber. Well, maybe a shotgun or something similar.
I am..........disturbed.
Concerning the difference between man and the jackass: some observers hold that there isn't any. But this wrongs the jackass. -Twain
