Was at gun show when my older bro and I were about 8 and 10. They were handing out samples of chew and some how my bro ended up with one.
On the ride home, pop see's his lil bag of chew and starts giving him [bleep], convinced him to take a cheekful.
Took about 2 minutes and bro was turning green! he was swallowing the spit.
He starts lookin' like a cat with a hairball and goes to puke out the window, phuggin window was still rolled up!
Pop was pissed, bro was green, and I was laffin' my azz off in the back seat!

That may be the problem. I had that problem w/ my Forester dies for 7mm-08 also. I screwed the die in deeper until the gap on the lock ring lines up with the vent and tightened the lock ring down. The die can vent through the gap in the lock ring even when its tightened down.
Also double check that the expander ball is adjusted so that the vent is positioned even with the lower half of the expander ball as shown in the set up diagram.

BD is in Ft. Stockton, TX for a steak, then pushing another hour or so before turning in.
Terrific time and some great folks there. I made off with all the liquor and half of Crossfire's lead. Was gonna hijack Gracie but she kept snarling at me. Extraordinary hospitality!
I dropped off a Bofors 40mm round with CF so he can spec a reamer. Think it'll overpenetrate on gophers??? The 40mm has panache.
Lots of pics an a great vid of the 8 bore belching. Put 'em up when I'm home.
