Man, no wonder you Hi-lLine guys like your whisk..it is so freakin 'flat' and wide open up there. We got a lot of space but more topo and the trees and sage help break it up. Good pair of binos and you eastern Hi-liners could see all the way to e Rockies! Side note: is it all dry land farming up there or do you guys irrigate any?

For the most part. But it is deceiving, as there's folds and coulees, and little hills you can't see till you're in it. I'm close the the Milk, so that provides a lot of bad land type country.
Took some getting used to, as I've always loved the mountains, but I'll be damned if it don't grow on you. I love it here now. Wind and all.
It's all dry land around me Mojo. There's some irrigation down along the river, but up here it's hit and miss for water that'll grow anything, and how far you've got to go to find it.
