I'm unfamiliar with that.
I replace valve cover gaskets every 50K, if they don't need them sooner...

Plus some others. Been loading the 3" mod 60 with factory 125 grain sjhp Rem 38+P's for the wife for years. I got same 135 grain golddot short barrels to try in it, and I haven't seen enough to change my mind. Traditional HBWC's for practice and the factory 125 +P's for carry. But I found my 2 fav loads for the 4" 586 and Marlin 1894C to be 180 grain sjhp-13 grains H110-brass trimmed back to 1.22" so it will cycle through the Marlin when crimped in the cannelure. Second load is 7 grains Unique with a hard 148 grain wadcutter in 357 brass. Same POI out of both guns to 20-25, haven't shot the wc's past that yet. I found it very interesting how the 270 grain gold dot opened up and thus retarded the penetration out of the Marlin vs the 629. How does this look so scientific, while your targets look like the contents of a goat's stomach? Ha! Exactly what I was thinking, Rancho. Where's the color coded sharpie lines?
It ain't what you don't know that makes you an idiot...it's what you know for certain, that just ain't so...

Snow is just a nuisance now...pushing and pulling and trucking the [bleep] out of the city...pain in the satchel...and yet the malingering city folk skells insist on walking down the middle of the [bleep] street because they don't have this [bleep] in P.R. or The D.R.....SONOFABITCH!

geedub! I'll be in Houston in May. Can we get drunk and kill something?
Don't sap me bro!
Travis I do like killin' stuff. Killin' a "Baby Guinness" as I type this. I'll be in Dryden hunting Javalina first weekend in May. Most likely be at my lease north of Uvalde for hogs and varmints the 17th -19th. Those dates could be changed. That would be a good place to kill lots of things. Will be in town most of the other days of the month. Let me know! Best GWB

Difference on the 270 gr 44 is pistol velocity v rifle velocity. Less is more so far as penetration. Is why I prefer CB Shorts for pigs over LR. The shorts don't expand or veer off track. Takes a lot of structure to stop them.
Most folks have a hard time wrapping their mind around that.
I am..........disturbed.
