The range to which I have access only goes to 300 so my little 308 rifles are more than enough. I was shooting a bone stock Kimber this afternoon with a scope topping out at 10x. The ammo was a clone of some old Lake City match, thrown powder charges and all. Still managed to poke six holes at 300 that very nearly hide under a quarter.  The load would get me to a thousand if I had a spot. Haha! 300yds? You loser. Travis I can piss MOA farther than that. Hey now! Center to center I was under 1/4 MOA, so stop raining on my parade.

Skype'd with the SIL in Afghanistan last nite for almost an hour on his birthday. Luckily he was having a peacefull day. I then proceeded to toast him repeatedly with Woodford Reserve until...well until I became the toasted one. Happens every damn time I talk to one of mine over there.....What I wouldn't give to have them all back for hunting season.
We eat organic in our house, we just have to shoot and gut it first.....
