Howdy gentleman of the BTE.

Sorry for the time away.

Far as puking goes, only 1 that had any lasting effects was the first time I yakked on Jager. Was years before I could enjoy it again. Same thing with Firewater, but WTF drinks that after they get past their teens anyway?

Lack of wind here is leaning me towards punching a little paper this afternoon.

Had a brute of a speedgoat picked out, but MT decided to give my tag to someone else. grin

Pooh. We've been cloud covered all day. 87* and only 70% humidity, just like fall as they say.

90 here. Rained last night, dunno %. Sucks though, horseflies abound. I've got a little more hay to stack, and some outlets to rearrange in the barn.

But the beers are tasting mighty good.

When it's too hot to leave your beer in the truck, and you have to hold it in front of the AC to cool it down a bit, it's too damned hot.

Been a real bastard here for hay.

First the winter was too dry, "hay's gonna be sky high $$"

Then it rained like a mofo this spring and it all shot up. "We're saved!"

Then it didn't quit raining.

Then it did.

Then it rained on the cut hay.

Then it rained on the bales.

Glad I'm not a farmer. grin

I lost my garden to a [bleep] antelope bitch a couple years ago. Vowed to spread the next ones guts via .458 Horn HP going 2250 outta the Marlin.

Haven't had one cross the line in the sand yet. But I'll tip a glass to hoping!

BGG, we missed you! grin

Do you know WTF 'Flave/Dave/Travis has run off to? confused

Maybe he's visiting hisself?

________

Back in '70 I was on R&R in Honolulu and had a 7th floor room overlooking Waikiki. The girls in this one bar were hawt and made me drink a lot of chitt. I hurled...balcony was closer than the can. It was sprinklin' and nobody looked up so I guess they didn't notice.

Woke up on the floor, but it was a nice fluffy kind of carpet. As I recall.
