I have some Federal Premium factory 53 tsx .223 ammo I'd part with for what I have in them plus shipping. They were not cheap but I did buy them before this latest round of craziness.
That said, I wouldn't hesitate to use the Hornady bullets that Ingwe recommends. That's a much less expensive route and it looks like the boy already has his rig dialed in for those. Thanks for the offer TXphotog, appreciated. The 53 load is just going to be something to have around, I've other rifles for dropping bambi. Though I've no doubt at some point he WILL kill a deer with it. Cool. I hope the boy kills a buck that's as big as a moose. (And if that doesn't happen, just show him a picture of the dink Ingwe pops. The boy will feel better about his deer immediately.)
