Well Mr. Ingwe are you going to get a .222 or a .221 Fireball? Still think a .22-6mm is the way to go,you can sit and shoot gophers and bunnies as far as the eye can see, without getting up from your chair. wink grin

Course you can do that 2

Poobs, is time you got equipment appropriate to you station in life. A good Low Wall action, nice piece of wood (or two) properly crafted can be a light wand with good reach....Elks gave you a clue.

.22 K-Hornet. Thank us later.

Yeah....its gotta be a sux and its gotta be a repeater. Gophs are often a target rich environment, a single shot slows the killing down...

All the junk, stocks, barrels etc I have are for Sux.

Called Douglas Barrels this morning and they can barrel my Interarms action for $485 plus postage and it'll take 4 weeks. Going with a #2 contour and they'll chamber it too a .22-6mm. cool

Ingwe,

What's the latest on that 23 caliber varminter you and John were working on?

Is that where this is heading?

Are you still going to call it the B23AI?

I agree, the industry needs a new varmint/deer caliber. The 243 quit being cool a long time ago.

Its getting closer to hunting season... looking up loads and hunting permit rules instead of the other stuff that distracts us during the offseason.
