Not something that just popped into my head today, more like 25 years ago after one of many young children were murdered in Houston.
Crimes against women, children and the elderly:
1. Automatic Death Penalty
2. One Appeal, within 6 months
3. Eyes open, death by firing squad, 1 week after appeal
Applicable in all 50 states.

sounds appropriate, but I am very reluctant to let the Feds step in and control another issue, that the States have been handling for our entire existence as a Country.

sounds appropriate, but I am very reluctant to let the Feds step in and control another issue, that the States have been handling for our entire existence as a Country. The states could implement that instead of the feds.

Haul them apes to Okinawa where Belton was wounded in combat. Weigh them down with heavy word war 2 combat gear but fix it to them so they cannot remove it. Turn them loose in the jungle area on the north end of the island with no food or water and let the marines hunt them for sport. They would suffer horribly and die slowly with fear and absolute terror.
The only problem with any of these plans is that they can only be killed once, this makes me sad.

I agree. In open and shut cases like this the death penalty needs to be applied swiftly. As little as 100 years ago, this kind of BS would not have been tolerated in this country. Had this happened back then, most likely the locals would have busted into the jail, dragged these animals out of their cells, and hung them upon the first suitable structure they could find. Many in our current society think us to be so much morally superior to our ancestors but I think it is the other way around.

In Israel, they bulldoze the homes of murderers and leave the rubble as a message; A murderer came from here and a murderer will never come from here again.

I also feel strongly that once in prison, a prisoner should be confined to their cell, zero interaction with other prisoners and prison will no longer be churning out bigger, stronger, meaner gang members once they serve their time.
The *only* luxury they get is books, not magazines, not porn, books...that is it other than the clothes on their body.
If drugs or other contraband turn up inside prison, find the prison employee(s) responsible and lock their ass up.
This [bleep] is NOT complicated!

I'll offer one tiny improvement: Instead of our Marines, just let the native Okinawans find him. That way, the miscreant will TRULY get a taste of tribal culture.
