Dangers of dating a clown... Haha! Bob
I met a French guy the other day. I asked him "Do you speak German?" He said "No." I said "You're welcome!"

I'm a big target. laffin
I'm also a dick. Or so I've been told.
Anybody wanna buy a suburban? Did you get into the elk on the South Side? I love hunting Elk in the Breaks. Trashed my [bleep] ankle. Ain't been able to do [bleep], plans got all shot to hell. Figure maybe by rifle I'll be mobile enough. fingers crossed That sucks. I hope you heal up quick. Next year, my brother and I are going to try for 622 archery either sex elk permissions. Should you be interested, you're certainly welcome to attend. We'll also likely do the 900 tag again for antelope, but hunt region 4 or 7 while we're in the neighborhood.

With my crossbow I'm "feeling it" to 75 "all the time". It's the bolt of death and you don't have to carry a puppet for antelope. While you are dreaming of fat Native American chicks, purplemotherfuckers and the day a buck might get to the 25 yard line, me and the bolt of death are cutting and wrapping meat and smoking a fattie. Or plural fatties if I find one who's 'Gina don't smell. GFY. Nice work.... I don't give a [bleep] what you hunt with, but crossbows will never be a "bow" or allowed in archery season in Montana. I'll likely use a compound with lighted nocks this rifle season in Montana if I can't get any H4350, Lapua 260 brass, and 130 grain NABs. It bothers me that I have 2500 worth of rifle in the closet that I got to play with twice before Black Jesus scared the masses.

Ace, Send it my way and I'll break her in for ya while you're waiting on components. You'll still have your 'bow'...

I'm actually in the Ingwe camp. My rifles are ready to go. That was yesterday morning. 6.5, Saum and 25ai dialed. This morning was 5 steelhead in 5 back trolls......... Idaho sucks. GFY.
P.S. Idaho isn't crossbow country either. We use them for gophers here. Good luck with the neon nocks. I'm going drinking. I'll ask the barmaid for a whitefish special. I'll let you know what she brings.....

Snort.
Sounds like you had a good day bro!
Always a good idea to keep at least 2-20 years of reloading supplies on hand.
300WSM's ready, 243 ready, the 270 will need a bi-annual scope adjustment check but it's gtg. 257 Bob, 233 good.
Brakes are going out on the pickup though. Not sure if I'll be able to drive to the good hunting spots......grin

Sam, you'll be able to drive there, problem might be stoppin'? 50# CQR plow anchor and some 1-1/2" nylon can fix that, just in case. Mebbe they don't have a lot of plow anchors up your way? Welding rig will stand in your behalf.

Hey Trav..........
while we're on the subject,
There was a chicken and a horse playing together on a farm one day. The horse fell into a mud pit and yelled to the chicken to run to the house and get the farmer. The chicken ran to the house and the farmer was nowhere to be found. So, it got into the farmers BMW and pulled the horse out with it.
The next day the chicken and the horse were playing on the farm again. This time the chicken fell into the mud pit and yelled to the horse to get help. So, the horse stood over the mud pit and told the chicken to grab on to his penis and hed pull him out. The chicken grabbed on and, indeed, the horse pulled him out.
The moral of the story: If youre hung like a horse, you dont need a BMW to pick up chicks.
Best,
GWB I drive a 1980 Boyota. Longbed. So I'm afraid I can't relate to the horse. Travis

I've shot whitetail does on The Milk out to 45. That borders on "stunt shooting" and I've had some [bleep] go wrong (that was in my younger and more reckless days)
I honestly think you are slighting your .308 Montana. Travis

Last time I fired up the RL550B I loaded 500 rounds with the load I tortured that goat with. But I wanted to play with my new toy, but then the magic [bleep] made components go away a week before I was going to get serious about it

I bet I shoot my compound better than the average guys shoots a 30-30. I'm pretty average. Anybody have a 30-30 I can borrow? All I've for levers is a .357, .44, 45/70, and .22. Or does it need to be a lever?
