Someday I hope to draw for bighorn...my fave BG animal.
Looks like that AB did a number on that thing. Sweet rifle and caliber...near perfect.

Nice bighorn. I'm jealous. Think I'll go out in the backyard and hunt for one here in a bit. Either desert bighorn or lion, not sure which I'll hunt for yet. Was out there hunting for grizzly yesterday but I' didn't get one. Maybe I'll have better luck today.  Dave.

DH- Nice buck!!! Now get back to posting smut and shooting sage hens!!! Thanks Pointer, but he's not as nice as he looks. I'd be surprised if he is 20" wide. Solid 4X4 frame though. Sage hens are tough this year, though I saw lots before the season began. Was out from noon to dark today and didn't see bird #1. I didn't sleep too well last night, but finally got zeroed out around 5:30. Woke up at 9:30, that being a record over the last 15 years or so. I went outside, checked the I-Phone and saw a message that said:

I have a sidekick in the hog murder business and he has a sense of humor. Finishing up with the skinner and cleaning up, so we talked a bit. I asked if he thought Opra would star in the movie.
After he dumped the gore an immature Bald Eagle came to dine. Hey Zeus, thems is big birds!
He shot it in the face. With a WMR.
