Don't know about Minnesota, but out here Conservancy land is managed for conservation, left natural, or returned to it's natural state. It is not managed for game.
What is the shame in bagging a free range trophy that happened to be on a piece of Conservancy ground.
It does not diminish the value of the trophy one iota.
I guess some folks just have to try to run down anything that someone else does. What a miserable way to live.

wasn't trolling consevency sounds like a national park, somethings fishey about this story, why would you go elk hunting, kill a huge, magnicifent bull and not be able to display this trophy, guy shoulda shot a cow to eat. doesn't show any respect for the animal. besides the guys a puzzy whipped chump. there, now, pile on
