Odd...I've yet to see any scenario,in which the wind was an "advantage".
Though in fairness,Bergers do blow on the average. I love it when you show your stupidity stick..........nothing but an arrogant dumbphuck most times you post...keep it up putz..you are at the least mildly funny.. but questionable at that. I've never seen a Berger as forgiving as a Scenar. Lil Fish, Well built rifles with proper throat geometry don't require "forgiving" bullets.  I have yet to see an advantage to a lower BC in LR shooting but I suppose if you are running substandard equipment the Scenar might be your only option. Get yourself a good barrel and have someone with a clue chamber it and your VLD issues will disappear. Struggle on. Back to the Ops original question.
You need to work your load up using a ladder test method at 300 or more yards or OCW at 100 yards. This will let you know where and accuracy node is due to barrel vibrations. Just because a load shoots good at short distance doesn't mean it will further out if it's not in a node.
