If you folks are taking pics of the trick-or-treaters tonight, post em up, adult costumes as well...

This is my niece..5 years old..first time she's really understood what Trick-or-Treating is all about...

Supposed to be something from Monster Inc, but she wanted to wear her backpack with wings as well..

If you're on the roads tonight, watch out.!

My wife wouldn't let me wear the costume that I wanted to. I wanted to be this guy:

I haven't seen any trick-or-treaters in several years. All the neighborhood kids have grown up and gone. I kind of miss seeing them. Maybe as the grandchildren start coming along the trick-or treaters will pick back up.

Granddaughter... 18 months... busy bumblebee...

The last picture is of her looking at a lifesized swinging zombie girl, hummimg a scary tune. scary enough my daughter made grandma take her up. She loved it so much she wanted to grab it saying... dollie... she was mad when she couldn't have it.

We had about 75 kids last night, fairly light by usual standards. The dogs had a blast seeing all the kids, their favorite holiday. Best costumes I saw was a group that dressed as the Duck Dynasty crew, LMAO.

Weather predictions of heavy rain, and storms w/potential for tornado's caused most towns around my area to postpone traditional outdoor Trick-or-Treating until today. It's good thing too because it did get pretty windy and wet yesterday afternoon and last night.

Kids are the only good thing about Halloween IMO. I don't care for any other part of it. My oldest boy wasn't feeling too hot, we ended early, and he was running a temp by mid-night. The early part of the evening was good. I'll try to get some photos up.

I'm in Durango presently and the whole town was dressed for the occasion. Last evening on Main St. folks and their dogs were costumed as were all of the business workers. Quite a sight and better than even Mardis Gras in New Orleans!!

We love Halloween, used to throw big costume parties each year, but now its all about the kiddos.

My grandmother won the costume contest at her nursing home. Found out she stayed in costume all day long!

The wife was a cat and I a cowboy we dressed up on Wednesday to work our church's fall festival thing, then went in plain clothes Thursday night while trick or treating with the boys.

Reese my oldest was Captain American and Ryder was a pumpkin.

We went with some friends who have daughters Reese's age and a baby the same age as Ryder and all had a very good time. (I wore my Cpt American Tshirt to match Reese)

Reese likes to ham it up just a little bit, gets it from his mom.

Reese also had a spiderman costume that he wore to the pumpkin patch where he got this huge frickin' blow up thing.

I was hoping for ToT'rs. Had the perfect trick set up. Huge bowl of deer trimmings with bones on top. Anyone dressed as a zombie would be provided human remains. So much for that one - we got zero revelers for the 2nd year in a row. :-(
