Glad someone seeing deer. So friggin hot down here I cant get in the mood to hunt. Plot is planted and growing good. Plenty of extras for the deer to eat put out as well. But I cant see a stinking deer. Its like they just packed up and left

I took the G12 with me tonight to capture some of the excitement. This fawn was half of the pair that bedded down 15 yards from me for about an HOUR. Everything here still moving at night. Did some recon on my little hunting spot. No deer crossing thru to it during legal hours. Went for a drive about hour and half ago and saw deer everywhere. Dont know if its the heat, the moon or what messing with them. As a side note, no big open timber around here where I hunt. Katrina took care of it few years ago.

Ok I'm on a new property and stand I have not hunted yet this season
Really should have tried this spot before things slowed up but this is the property with the knuckle head setting up on the property line 100 yds from he and shooting dinks
Property he has permission on has a for sale sign with sale pending
He will hopefully be out of here now!
