I have IMR 3031 and W748, an assortment of jacketed bullets (150, 168, and 180 gr) and WW large rifle primers. Does anyone have any suggested loads? Thanks

38.5 grains of IMR3031 with a 150 is a classic load that is very accurate. Start down around 37 and work up in 1/2 grain increments till you get the accuracy you desire while watching for the standard pressure signs.
W748 can be very accurate with 150's as well. Check your load data, but something in the area of 42 grains is max.
Read Ken Waters articles from 1976 and 2000........think PET LOADS.

I just finished loading a few .300 Sav with the 38.5 gr load. Can't wait to give them a try. I shot several factory Rem loads last week from my 1952 99R and it was a tack driver. 1957 99F not as accurate with factory loads, so the handloads may make a measurable improvement there.

W748 at 43 grains out of a re-barreled Kimber Montana. It does better with 130TTSX, but the 150 NBT is being used this year. Shot 6 groups total and they averaged 1.1inch. 100yards 300Yards:
