Morning Wankers! Found a decent buck yesterday for these parts, on Public land, and invited him home for the Winter. One shot with a 140 NAB out of the .270 WSM, high shoulder and he didn't go anywhere!

shoot those geese. Not just for the dog to pick up.
Strip the breast out thin. Knife or slicer. It is great grilled on a stick after a ride in marinade like teriyaki. Jerky is also a crowd fav. Never any leftover.
Drumsticks and thigh go in Gumbo but that is a bit more work.
