any tikka t3 hunter owners here? just bought one in .308 cant wait to drop the hammer on one this weekend

Yes. I have a Left Hand Hunter in 260. It shoots very well. Unfortunately it will not be going with me on opening day. Rain is in the forecast and my stainless rifles are going with me.

the hornady 150gr interlocks. will probably pick up a box of something else to try tho

It's only hammer dropping if someone else sights your rifle in for you....;)

Don't know if you hand load but the 155 Scenars are the schit in my T3.
Don't think I've shot any factory fodder in it but the Hornady 165 BTHP are also insanely accurate. Might want to try a factory load with those just for S&G...

Tanner Well, we'll put it like this. When my youngest son got married we were all in a hotel in St. Louis where his bride to be lived. I left the bachelor party early so "the boys" could have their fun. They all got in about 2-3 am and wonder boy was sick and pukin and they were all drunk and carrying on. About the time I get my sweat pants on and head down the hallway I hear one of them say, "Shhhhhh! Don't wake the beast!" meaning me since they all knew me when they were teenagers. That my boy would be droppin the hammer!!!  *grin* Bob

Dewd seriously I am going to have to do that! Youtube here we come. Would you say that after your partner says "send it," of after the deer drops & high-fives are exchanged? I want to be sure to do it right...

Well, I had a T3 lite that was excellent in all regards. Best bang for the buck in a factory rifle methinks...

I'm taking my T3 Hunter in 243 Win out this weekend, along with my T3 Lite in 223 Rem.
I'm assuming it will kill just like my other guns, albeit with a slight Nordic accent.

I have LH T3 Hunters in 260 and 223. The 260 is a laser. I'm going to warm up the 223 this weekend. It's the one with the 1-8" twist barrel.
