Those do look good. I ate cold venison steaks from last night. Better cold than reheated.
No comment on the vodka and fruit juice. I thought greapfruits were bad for you?

Baileys and skim is better than it sounds.
Great on Honey Nut Cheerios as well.
Venison and bacon is a great combo.

Normally I toothpick a piece of bacon on my venison, but lacking bacon I tried something different last night. I used the big fat turkey injector and some creole garlic injector shcit and stabbed the steaks then grilled.
Came out [bleep] great.
