It appears to be a very nice M-70 featherweight model....don't see many like yours anymore in such nice shape.

Mr Bushmaster, Ive never owned nor deer hunted with a .270. Keep me a mind and I will nail a buck with that .270 .The hunt and oil marks will make it easier to use ! very best
