Let me ask you a question bcd;

Let`s assume that the 375 Ruger in its present form (as it is today) was introduced back in 1912. And let`s assume further, that the 375 H&H in its current form was introduced in 2006-07.

In other words,,,,,,,SWAP in the intro times!

I`d bet that you`d be singing the praises of the 375 Ruger.

The only thing the 375 H&H has over the 375 Ruger,,,,is senority.

So it would be very fair to say, that because the 375 H&H has a 94 to 95 year senority over the 375 Ruger,,,then of course it would be one the most down loaded cartridges.

CLOWN!

...........LOCK UP? You`re full of crap. Mine has performed flawlessly regardless of weather temps. My Alaskan couldn`t lock up even if I tried.

And I wouldn`t hesitate using it in ANY hunting situation.

Lock up? Really? Any 375 Ruger owners out there who have had any lock ups? I haven`t read about any.

But I`m sure that with your bias towards the H&H, you`ve heard about a million 375 Ruger lockups aaaaaay bcd? wink

............Your friend full size his cases? Hmmm! Maybe he had some die issues?

Well I full size all of mine. NOT ONCE have I had a lockup.

You ever own a 375 Ruger that HAS locked up bcd? I`ll bet no.

Why don`t you gather up your favorite 375 H&H rifle, a few shells, and then go mate with your first love. I`m sure you just might get your suppositories mixed up with your 375 H&H shells.

Hears One just took me 10 sec......well, I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one with the bolt locking up. My first 375 ruger would not feed. I sent it in and it came back not fixed. Cabelas gave me my money back and I figured it was just a lemon, so I bought the african version. This one fed ok but the bolt would lock up very hard when firing factory ammo and even low to mid power reloads. I sent it back to ruger and they said they replaced the barrel and stock after 2 months of waiting again. I tryed some reloads and it seems better, but the velocity is really low. I'll work up and see if the problem is still there. If it is, I want my money back because I've never experienced so many problems until I switched to the 375 Ruger. I've had bad rifles, bad dies, bad brass. seems like bad everything. Some other people haven't had anything wrong, but it seems the ones that do are pretty bad. If I'm not satisfied this time, I've given Ruger & hornady 4 times to make it right and I will go buy a 375 H&H because that round has never given me problems. I will stick to other brand rifles and never buy hornady brass and dies again.
I know it seems like I'm exaggerating or just worked up, but I've never had this problem reloading and shooting many other rifles and cartridges. And I really had bad everything.

I wish you good luck, but if ruger doesn't fix it the first time. I suggest saving your self 6 months of hassle and headache and just get your money back or sell it and buy a rifle that works.

............His problem was a tight chamber that his INDIVIDUAL rifle had. Was an out of spec manufacturing problem, and NOT a problem with the 375 Ruger cartridge in and of itself.

Is that the only one ya got?

..........Well if you think that your postings will convince all of us 375 Ruger owners to run out and either sell or trade them, then you are sadly mistaken.

Your anti 375 Ruger postings are absolutely useless.

Heard the expression "get a life?" Try it sometime.
