Any one use a muscle rub called tiger balm?
Its 11% camphor, good or bad?

I did that with icyhot one time. No idea why. Just like when I licked a metal stock gate at -40 and 30 some years of age.
I don't recommend either. One involved a bloodtrail and flesh detached from me, one incredible agony. Neither was fun, but both are funny as [bleep].

Not much heat involved so far but the smell is some what over whelming, I have a knee that seems to have some adversity to the cold weather we are having.
