Congrats! Just curious is a thesis based program? Most on the hiring committee for future jobs won't probably know the difference, but IMO a thesis based MS is a skosh better for really learning. Assuming you have a good advisor and/or project. Such as one where you actually have to develop the whole thing and not have it spoon fed to you. Utah State started a non-thesis Masters program from Natural Resources. I knew a few folks that completed it and it certainly did help them in getting the jobs they got.

That said, having formerly been 'evil' and now less 'evil' (different agency now) I do feel that it will help you if/when you want to move up the ladder or to a more desirable office. It just sucks that the two don't often coincide. Good luck and don't let school get in the way of the BTE. Working and going to graduate school are all about priorities...
