For my 1000 BR stuff. I started out with my 5-25x56 PMII. It has the P3 reticle and has just a bit too much coverage for the crows at 850 yards. I switched it out for the 12-42x56 NSX.With the NP-2DD I have no problems at all. Only problem I have is the one scope Nightforce makes that I really want, they took out of production.... As I seldom run the NSX over 30 power the 8-32x56 NSX with the NP-2DD will get the nod next time. Im hearing the new Nightforce comp scope is pretty eye critical. And I have yet to set behind one. Time will tell. Different shooting disciplines require different tools. For shooting in day light in the middle of the day.Im liken the NSX alot.SFP fine dot, fine .125 adjustments. The thing is perfect for 1000 BR. And its held up. In crap light. For putting bullets in lets say somewhat larger targets. The 5-25x56 S&B PMII has no equal.

Only accurate rifles are interesting.
