cats can be done in box traps. Have done it quite a bit as have friends, but it takes the right trap and being set up correctly.
Did it somewhat by accident this year, was using a bigger trap and had backed it into/under cedar to keep the coons from reaching through the back...
A few places I prefer to use box over leg due to issues. This area I have a white coon and her half grown one on my camera all the time...trying not to catch them in a foot trap though I've caught her once already this season...and turned her loose.
We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....
