New guy, you may want to consider that you waded into a deep pool here. listing a rifle for 1400 bucks, no history, no pictures... Just saying.

That's the old style Tikka with the full shaped stock. (Not mannlicher). Heavy contour barrel, but not varmint contour. I have one and they are shooters like all Tikkas are, but it is only a $750 rifle at best. Sorry for stomping on your thread, but that ain't a $1400 rifle. I think he may have a rifle more along the lines of a TRG22 not a sporter. I have no interest, but they are probably valued over 1000 bucks, not under 1000 bucks. http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com/2007/12/tikka-master-sporter-in-308/

Bump. And I love how some on this board think it's appropriate to tell the seller what they think their stuff is worth, and add insults along with their 'appraisal'. What does that contribute? Who do they think they are helping? If I was a mod here, you'd be banned for that nonsense.

Never seen a Master Sporter in any caliber under $1400. If I had a use for a .308 she would be in fine company between my two Continental Varminters. Tikka rifles are extremely under estimated. Tikka and Sako are two of the most accurate and respected rifles in the business. Best of Luck with your sale!
I miss Paul Harvey.

This is nice, I don't have a 308 but I don't have 1400.00 right now either. I have looked at these before and have wanted for one awhile now just out of my price range right now.
This isn't a bad price at 1400.00 I have seen them go for more on Gunbroker.

Thanks guys! New to the site but seems to be a great bunch of fellow collector here.
Obvious that I'm not good with pics and had some issue with auction sites in past. So I prefer these type of sites. Worst case I will go to gunbroker.
