I just picked up a new 7mm Rem and have some MagPro - any pet loads out there? 24" tube and I'm leaning toward either 140gr Accubonds or TTSX.

A lot of the data I've looked at shows the velocities up in the realm of what I'd expect from H1000 or Retumbo. I grabbed some 139 gr BTSPs and WW brass so hopefully I can go try it out this weekend. Looks promising if the accuracy is there.

Western Powders 5.0 load data shows the 139gr BTSP in 7mm RM with MagPro.
Bullet Bullet Bullet Start Start Max Max Max COAL
Weight Make Type Charge Vel. Charge Vel Pressure
139 HDY BTSP 68.3 2,921 75.8 3,207 60,689 3.230
Since no one has responded with personal experience with that combo, why not give it a try and report back with your own? Seems like it could be a fine match.

I have used it in 7WSM but thought it was too slow that that application. Much better with 180s. It is also great with 140s in 6.5-284.

Magpro worked real good in my 7mm WSM and Rem Mag's with the heavier 160's and 168's but I haven't tried it with 140's. Case fill looks pretty good and speeds are pretty good too. I'd give it a shot.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I loaded some up but haven't been able to shoot when the weather is right. I'll post results once I have some.
