Currently I have 2 multi-pump air rifles, a Crosman 2100 and a Daisy 901. I have had multiple Crosmans over the years, this is my first Daisy. Have heard complaints of how Crosman has really cheapened their guns lately, especially the so-called top of the line Benjamins. I once had 3 of the Benjamins and sold them off.

My big gripe with the Crosman 2100 is this wiggely play between the barrel and the receiver, it is ok with the iron sights but the scope has wandering point of aim as it is mounted on the receiver and the barrel moves. I had a Crosman 2200 back in the day, and it was cheaply built, also 2 of the 1322 pistols, they were ok but kinda awkward. My Daisy is very smooth and accurate, the open sights are much better than the Crosman, however there is more plastic to it.

What have you found to be better overall in quality and performance, Daisy or Crosman?
