Recently purchased a Zeiss Classic Diatal 6x42 T* Riflescopes off the classifieds; it is a great scope and VERY bright but its adjustments are CM\M and working with meters\CM not yards\inchest is different. (for me)
Zeiss states for a German #4, the distance between the heavy horizontal subtensions is 70cm @ 100 m. What is that in English?
If 70 centimeters = 27.5590551 inches and 100 meters = 109.36133 yards at 100 yards the horizontal distance is 25 inches?
The Vertical heavy post appears to be half the distance of that so I am guessing 12.5 inches at 100 yards?
I am heading to the range in the morning and will try a couple of shots using the top of the vertical post at 100 yards to see how high it hits.
But hope someone can add to this
Thanks
