There's obviously some divine intervention going on involving a guy who is capable of restoring that old Roadrunner to its former glory and a previous owner who has the funds to buy it once its done,...with enough money to fund a business venture.
Because of all that,...I'd say that you're golden.
,....wonder what it is in your past that made you that way?
Earl told me that he called Hagerty insurance (you car guys know who Hagerty is).
He called Hagerty to check on insurance for the Road Runner. The phone conversation drifted towards details about the car he wanted to insure, and also the fact that it was his high school car over 40 years ago and that he had located it and was getting it back.
He told me that he decided not to use them for insurance, he found a different company to go with.
But, he must have created a buzz over at Hagerty. They called him back, and even though they knew he had chose a different insurance company, they wanted clarification on his story. They asked if they could do a story on him and his car, but Earl is pretty reserved, he wasn't comfortable with that kind of attention, he declined.
