1/8" thick stock,AEBL ss. This fillet has more flex to the blade than any other from Rick, I've personally seen. Long cut swedge, deep hollow ground blade. OAL is 11.25" . The blade measures 6.5" with 6" of cutting edge. Green linen micarta handle scales,ss pins & lanyard tube & neon green liners. Handle is fully contoured. It locks into the kydex scabbard that Rick made, with authority. The kydex has flush out holes ,too. Very nice, right from Rick's shop ,no wait. Prices include shipping in the States $335. Paypal fee included $310. U.S. Postal M.O.

what a beauty That's kind of like looking in the mirror and saying, "damn, I'm good looking".

So that's where it went! Rick wouldn't let me get too attached to it last week because it was a custom order. This knife has a generous handle and is indeed perfectly ground with a distal taper and lots of flex at the tip. I put my name on the list for one just like it. Many more uses than just filleting fish. Should be excellent in the kitchen as well as the butcher shop. I would love to hear more about edge retention of this steel because I think Rick said that he was running it @ 63HRC??
